How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders ship out in 1–2 business days unless noted on the product page as a pre-order. Our warehouse is in California.

How do I contact support?

Contact team@sunsetsurfstore.com with any inquiries. We are actively expanding our customer service team to improve the speed of our communications. Most emails receive a reply the same day.

Where can I order Sunset Surf?

The only official and authorized seller of Sunset Surf apparel is sunsetsurf.store. If you see Sunset Surf products sold elsewhere (including look‑alike sites or third‑party international sellers), they are not affiliated with our brand. These are counterfeit items or fraudulent sites that may not send product at all or could compromise your personal information. Remember to only shop at sunsetsurf.store.

We do have a few retail locations called Atlas in malls. These are in‑store only (not online). You can shop at all Atlas locations.

What is sizing like?

Our hoodies run true‑to‑size. Size up for a bigger fit. If you want an oversized look, check the size chart linked on each product page to find your best fit.

How can I become an ambassador?
